Two decades of
honest, local practice.
Eastern Counties Knotweed Ltd is a small, owner-operated business that has worked across the East of England for over twenty years. Paul covers Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire — when you call, you speak to the person who will be on site.
We choose to stay small. It means we know every job we're running, we don't pass work to subcontractors, and we can usually be on site inside 24 hours of an enquiry.
We work for homeowners, landlords, estate agents, solicitors, property developers and local authorities — anywhere knotweed is causing a sale to stall, a build to stop, or a homeowner to lose sleep.

Every herbicide application is carried out by an operator holding current PA1 and PA6 spray certification. Full public liability cover throughout.

Honest, lender-ready paperwork
Every job recorded in a written Knotweed Management Plan with dated site photography, herbicide records and a signed completion certificate on sign-off — no insurance-backed guarantee sold on top.
